A native of the Suburban DC area, Eric grew up a multi-sport athlete. After years of competition came to an end, he needed a method to reinvigorate his fitness without sacrificing the joy of physical activity – and he found it in HIIT! Along with Eric’s “educate & motivate” approach to fitness, interval training has helped to fuel his renewed interest in physical activity as an athlete and coach.

Tangible results and better performance along with a high level of fun inspired Eric to attempt new and varied challenges including multiple 100+ mile bike rides, Spartan Races, and more. Certified by the American Council on Exercise, Eric enjoys finding out just what the human body is capable of. From beginners to veteran athletes, Eric is looking forward to helping you Elevate your fitness!
