What is DEKA?

  • A competition with 10 Fitness Zones.

  • The goal is to complete each zone as fast as you can.

What is the difference between DEKA STRONG and DEKA MILE?

  • DEKA Strong = no running.

  • DEKA MILE = 1 mile total running.

What are the DEKA Zones?

  • The fitness zones comprise exercises you regularly do in class: ski erg, burpees, reverse lunges, sled push, rowing, etc.

  • You can see a complete list of the zones here.

Do I have to do it alone?

  • You can choose between an individual or Team (Doubles) race.  

What if I don’t do a lot of racing/this is my first competition?

  • This event is great for EVERYONE - Don't doubt your ability.

  • We have a 100% completion rate. 

Average Finishing Times: 

  • DEKA STRONG: 20 Minutes

  • DEKA MILE: 30 Minutes
