Jamel’s career in fitness began as an amateur bodybuilder almost 13 years ago. Although he loved the sport and was able to build the physique he has today, he also developed a desire to increase his mobility and add more function to his training. So Jamel shifted his focus to a training style that combined hypertrophy and explosive training. In 2011, he further expanded his training repertoire with the addition of HIIT. This blend allowed him to “Intensify His Athleticism.”

Jamel has a Personal Trainer certification from the American Sports and Fitness Association. From dumbbells and kettlebells to benches and rocks, he can create and enjoy a workout anywhere and cannot wait to get you in class to Elevate your fitness right along with his own.
