MIA SMYSER

Mia grew up in the DC area and has been involved in competitive sports as long as she can remember. After graduate school at the University of Miami, she moved back to DC and was in search of the perfect gym to continue to challenge her and keep up with her competitive spirit. She found Elevate and was immediately hooked.

Mia is a physical therapist and loves to motivate people of all ages and abilities to be healthier and happier in the way they move and feel. She joined the Elevate coaching staff to continue her daily pursuit of helping motivated people grow stronger and more fit as a part of a supportive community of athletes.
