Hybrid Athlete By David
An athlete should be well-rounded, and this program is designed to help you achieve that goal. Learn the training techniques that allowed David Magida to reach the peak of a number of endurance sports, from Spartan Race to (Ultra) Marathons, Trail Races to DekaFit and Hyrox. Run faster and get stronger!
Train in the program that David built to achieve a Top 5 performance at the Hyrox World Championship of Fitness for the past two years and 5 Podium Finishes at the Deka World Championship of Fitness. Build aerobic capacity and base strength, move to lactate threshold and muscular endurance, then round out your fitness with speed, power and explosiveness.
