What is DEKA?
A competition with 10 Fitness Zones.
The goal is to complete each zone as fast as you can.
What is the difference between DEKA STRONG and DEKA MILE?
DEKA Strong = no running.
DEKA MILE = 1 mile total running.
What are the DEKA Zones?
The fitness zones comprise exercises you regularly do in class: ski erg, burpees, reverse lunges, sled push, rowing, etc.

Do I have to do it alone?
You can choose between an individual or Team (Doubles) race.
What if I don’t do a lot of racing/this is my first competition?
This event is great for EVERYONE - Don't doubt your ability.
We have a 100% completion rate.
